Technician very polite, knowledgeable, arrived on schedule, units working very well after the thorough cleaning he provided. Appreciate his effort to keep floors and rugs clean by wearing shoe covers even though I told him it was not necessary. The cost was very fair that included the membership. Thank all of you!

Our 23 year old air conditioner made a brief cry for help before dying in a few hours. Clear Choice responded to our desperate call and sent someone out the same day. Top notch service at all levels, and very happy with our new system. Highly highly recommend!!!

Just had our air conditioner serviced for summer and had the sweetest technician! He was so fun to talk to- that I wanted to invite him in for supper! I am so glad a friend recommended 1 Clear Choice Heat & Air. I have 3 units at my home and they just replaced the basement level one after it died during this heat wave. They went above and beyond in communication and care with the install. They even stayed to share how to use the new thermostat. In the last 3 years I had to replace all 3 of my units. First 2 with another company. I am glad I found them for the 3rd! Service and care are NIGHT and DAY! Thanks to the crew for a great job!

I had OCC come out to check an issue regarding an AC unit at my fathers house. I got in touch with Tommy and he had a tech (Matthew) out next day. He diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour and even added some insulation to some pipes that were exposed to save me a trip at no extra charge. Fair price, fast service and easy to work with. I will recommend to anyone that ask. Always reassuring to know you have a reliable contact for HVAC work that you trust when dealing with GA weather. Thank you again OCC
